RUTerms and Conditions
1. Definitions
“Company” means UAB “Kaj Madsen Kaunas”. “Customer” means a person or entity ordering services.
2. Order Acceptance
Orders are valid only when confirmed in writing or by e-mail by the Company.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are as quoted or agreed. Payment within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
4. Customer Obligations
Customer must ensure goods are properly packed, labeled and accompanied by correct documents.
5. Company Liability
Company is liable only for direct losses caused by its negligence. Indirect losses (loss of profit) are excluded.
6. Force majeure
Company is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
7. Disputes
All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
